By using dpsenterprise.xyz or engaging DPS Enterprise's services, you agree to these Terms and Conditions. These apply to all clients, visitors, and partners.
DPS Enterprise provides business consulting, supply chain, operations, and related enterprise services as agreed in individual service contracts. Scope, deliverables, and timelines are defined in project-specific agreements.
All client information, business plans, financial data, and strategic details shared with DPS Enterprise are treated with strict confidentiality and not disclosed to third parties without written consent.
Fees are as per agreed proposals, invoiced at milestones. GST is applicable as per Indian tax laws. Outstanding invoices beyond 30 days may attract a 1.5% monthly late fee.
DPS Enterprise's liability is limited to fees paid for the specific engagement. We are not liable for indirect business losses arising from advisory recommendations.
Either party may terminate engagements with 30 days written notice. Work completed until termination date is billable at agreed rates.
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes are subject to jurisdiction of courts in New Delhi.

We do not sell client information. Data may be shared with affiliated service providers under strict confidentiality agreements when required to deliver services.
Client data is retained for the duration of the engagement plus 7 years for compliance purposes, after which it is securely deleted.
